“Have had a po box at this store for 3yrs and the owner and staff are excellent. I operate a small online business and have multiple packages shipped out and received almost daily. I get a courtesy email/text every time I have a package. They sign for and receive all of of vendor packages daily. I have only used their outstanding print services a few times but the quality and cost is excellent. This is a great product and service but the extra friendly and helpful staff make it well worth the small price I pay for a box rental.”

Most recent, Louis went above and beyond to help us mail a package to and from Mexico. Each time we had an issue (customs), he took the initiative to find out what could be done on his end. Not to mention, he always greets customers if he has a moment!”

“I came in on March 7th to get 30 - 50 page notebooks made for my business. Chet and another guy who was filling in for the day helped me, I paid for the notebooks and got everything taken care of…. or so i thought.I came in again to pick them up on March 21st after not hearing anything back that they were completed, Ebony was there to help me. She could not find the notebooks anywhere. Since it had been 2 weeks since i brought the documents in, she said that she would get them all printed and completed and to just give her a few hours. Not even 3 hours later, I get a call from Ebony saying they were finished and ready to be picked up. I get to the store and she said that the price was pretty hefty for the amount of books I had. I told her that I already paid for them on March 7th when I initially came in. She then looked around again and found my notebooks already printed and under someone else’s name.I doubt she hears this enough, but i hope she sees this and knows that I am grateful that she went out of her way by fixing someone else’s mistake in such a short notice. THANK YOU EBONY!!”
