When I called, Mr. John answered and immediately made me feel at ease. I explained how the designer for my great aunt’s obituary had put me far behind schedule, and I was worried I wouldn’t have enough time to get everything printed. Without hesitation, Mr. John allowed me to drive to his place and he let his staff show me the paper options I needed and reassured me that if I could get everything to them the next morning, they would make it happen.
Unfortunately, there was a mishap on my designer’s end, NOT theirs. The obituary pages were not formatted correctly. So Mr. John asked me to come by so he can personally walked me through the entire process. He showed me exactly what he was doing so we could stay on the same page and avoid any mistakes. That level of care and attention meant everything to me.
He went above and beyond by reconfiguring the layout, and in the end, everything was printed beautifully and right on time.
