“Mark was so helpful in getting my passport renewed..he took photographs, filled out the renewal form on the computer for accuracy, gave me directions on where to get a money order using cash or a debit card, then put the forms, old passport and the pictires in an envelope and put in the mail. He also gave me a copy of the form and showed me how to fill out the money order! EXCELLENT service there!”

“I am several months late in writing this, but I absolutely had to double back and rave about my experience at this Baton Rouge location! Back in January, I came in to get custom bingo cards printed for my birthday dinner, and I was assisted by Destiny (who I believe is the assistant manager).
To say she provided top-tier service is an understatement. Destiny was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. She made sure everything came out absolutely perfect for my special event, and her great energy made the entire process seamless. When someone provides service this exceptional, it sticks with you—which is why I'm still thinking about it months later! “I visited Office DEPOT for the first time in 2 -3 years. Place is clean, had helpful employees visibly. Went shopping for a camera to perfect my review photos. Unfortunately, they do NOT carry them. I did get some information much needed to receive faxes there. The female employee was very professional and helpful behind the counter. They greeted me both ways.

“I found S & S Printing through Google, and I am truly thankful that I did. From the very first phone call to the final product, the level of professionalism was outstanding.
When I called, Mr. John answered and immediately made me feel at ease. I explained how the designer for my great aunt’s obituary had put me far behind schedule, and I was worried I wouldn’t have enough time to get everything printed. Without hesitation, Mr. John allowed me to drive to his place and he let his staff show me the paper options I needed and reassured me that if I could get everything to them the next morning, they would make it happen.
Unfortunately, there was a mishap on my designer’s end, NOT theirs. The obituary pages were not formatted correctly. So Mr. John asked me to come by so he can personally walked me through the entire process. He showed me exactly what he was doing so we could stay on the same page and avoid any mistakes. That level of care and attention meant everything to me.
He went above and beyond by reconfiguring the layout, and in the end, everything was printed beautifully and right on time.
Thank you, Mr. John and the entire staff at S & S Printing, for helping make my great aunt’s funeral services a success. Your compassion, patience, and professionalism will never be forgotten.”
