Ragusa's Automotive is a sweet family business that has been operating for decades. It is one of the few honest businesses of its kind, with a phenomenal team. The staff are very reasonable, honest, gracious, kind, nice, and helpful. They go out of their way to provide great service, never trying to sell services that are not needed. Reviews highlight experiences where they fixed issues like a tire puncture or a hanging piece underneath a car quickly, sometimes in under an hour, and often for no charge. They take extra time to do repairs properly. When a complex issue arose from a previous shop's mistake, they immediately sourced the correct part and even personally drove a customer home. They provide timely repairs, like A/C work, for a fraction of dealership costs and keep customers updated. Customers are very impressed, cannot recommend them more, and advise not going anywhere else.

I simply cannot say enough positive things about Ragusa's team. Phillip and Blaze are phenomenal and will go out of their way to get your car the care it needs. Very reasonable and honest people just trying to do their very best here for decades. 10 stars!
