“Juhree is a outstanding manager. Her professional but very friendly style was excellent. You quickly realize she takes her position seriously and has been here long enough to become very good at her position. This was the best customer experience I have had anywhere in a longtime. Juhree made us feel important and wanted to help us with the service we needed. The facilities are very nice and obviously well managed. We used their outside storage for our motorhome and had no hesitation trusting it would be safe here. I recommend Shield Storage on Benton Rd highly.”

I explained that I had bedroom furniture, living room furniture, and other household items, and she helped me understand what size storage unit I would need to make sure everything would fit. I also told her I would need the unit for about 2 to 3 months, and she explained everything clearly. I really appreciated her help, and her customer service was excellent.”
