“Had to take my 2010 Nissan Cube in and they were absolutely amazing. Not only did they fix my car, but they treated me with respect and didn't try to get money by doing anything unnecessary. Everywhere else was trying to charge me 500 bucks for all 4 spark plugs and coils when only one needed to be replaced. Thanks for helping me out and treating me right. I noticed on the wall behind the registers y'all had a bunch of signs of Barney Fife and referring to fairness and morals. Y'all definitely live up to it. PS, my car has never ran smoother.”
“Londo fixed my air conditioner when I had a leak in the condenser. I used him because of one thing: Good Reputation. Around here, that is what you have to have, and that’s what he has. I live in Benton, but I did not mind making the drive to Shreveport because It’s worth it for somebody with his reputation. I have peace of mind with my air conditioner now and will take my truck back to him with anything else that might happen because I know he will fix it right. “This week I drove to the Shreveport area for work. We were pulling a heavy boat. A piece on my transmission failed at the end of our workday as we were pulling the boat out of the water. Me and my crew were in a very bad spot, and far from home. I was referred to ATR by a co-worker that lives in the Shreveport area. I spoke to Christina with ATR Transmission, and she was very helpful. She helped me and my co-workers line up a towing service and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. When I described to her what was going on with my vehicle, Christina helped diagnose what was going on with the truck's transmission. She and one of her mechanics called me and walked me through steps to get my truck back into gear to make it back home without bringing the truck to her. She and her mechanic helped me get back to my family on time and in one piece. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to speak with and work with someone that was so knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Thank you!!”

“We wanted to get our son’s 2015 Tundra inspected,oil changed and door locks fixed before he left for college. We had an appointment at John Harvey Toyota for Monday August 18th. They hadn’t even looked at the truck by Monday the 25th. So, we picked it up and took it to Southern Automotive. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 48 hours. Super friendly service with years of experience. We sure do appreciate them!”
“100% recommend these guys. I was just passing through the state when I broke down just outside of Shreveport. I managed to limp my vehicle into town for repairs. The dealership mechanics wanted me to overnight my vehicle, but these guys told me to come on in, they took a look at my truck as soon as I drove in, listened to me when I told them what I thought the problem was, checked to verify my suspensions, and then promptly worked on hunting down the part I needed when the issue was confirmed. They got me back on the road within minutes of getting the new part in and all without trying to up sell me on repairs I didn't need. These guys are great. Considered yourself lucky if you break down near them.”

“They didn't have the time for a late afternoon appointment but they made time anyway. Found the problem in literally 5 min. I had to pay the $100 diagnostic fee but that's just how things go. The young lady working the front is a worker. Very nice of them to help with my emergency repair”

“I tried it get my truck repainted , I took it to three body shops. First two said we only do insurance work. The shop third shop was nicer but said it will cost more than you want to spend . I went to my mechanic and he recommended Raney’s. I went by and got a great price. They did a tremendous outstanding fine job. I had 97 K1500 painted factory color, body repair and all the trim, decals and factory stickers removed. I am so happy with my truck’s paint job it gets a lot of looks. Thank you so much. Michael P”
