“Had to take my 2010 Nissan Cube in and they were absolutely amazing. Not only did they fix my car, but they treated me with respect and didn't try to get money by doing anything unnecessary. Everywhere else was trying to charge me 500 bucks for all 4 spark plugs and coils when only one needed to be replaced. Thanks for helping me out and treating me right. I noticed on the wall behind the registers y'all had a bunch of signs of Barney Fife and referring to fairness and morals. Y'all definitely live up to it. PS, my car has never ran smoother.”

“I picked up a 2014 GMC with over 200K miles for a low usage truck mainly for hauling trash to the dump and running an occasional errand. The newly built transmission was leaking so I took it to David and his crew at Auto Transmission. He identified the problem and fixed it for a very fair price but also informed me of a few other issues he saw such as a broken engine mount and a dented drive shaft that were probably contributing to my vehicle not driving as smoothly as it should. I got the engine mount repaired fairly easy but when it came to the drive shaft I had to have it removed and take it into the repair shop. Even though this isn’t their area of expertise David removed my drive shaft and when he discovered I didn’t have someone with a truck to take it over to the shop he told me to throw it on the back of his truck and we rode together to the drive shaft shop about a mile or so from his shop. I’m 50 years old and have been having vehicles repaired for well over 30 years. I have never received better service from an automotive mechanic and I’ve had some good ones. These guys are second to none!”

“If you are having any car troubles and want someone trust worthy to look at it come here! They will get down to the issue and if they don’t then they’ll let you know more information on how you can get it taken care of for a low price. I had to get an interlock system with them and I’m so happy I did! I had to get it recalibrated and also I was having battery issues and the mechanic tested the battery and alternator for me to see what was going on! Most times places charge an extra fee but the mechanic was so sweet and said no worries ! Again, if you are having any car problems and need people who are knowledgeable and kind, come here ! (No mean people though!)”

“Highly recommend this shop we run 365 70R 22.5 Michelin steer tires hard to find in stock.As we have a large custom sleeper.Luckily Brian Cumbie (mgr) was in Dallas area for a meeting he took his own time to travel to Ft Worth store to bring them to Shreveport for us.Danny Draper (Service manager)made all the arrangers to meet our needs and Larry Porter their tire specialist took great care with our equipment.We parked in their large lot overnight they had our new steers on and we were rolling by 8:30.Thank you T& W Tire we really appreciate all you did for us”
“They didn't have the time for a late afternoon appointment but they made time anyway. Found the problem in literally 5 min. I had to pay the $100 diagnostic fee but that's just how things go. The young lady working the front is a worker. Very nice of them to help with my emergency repair”

“Great work and even better customer service! I came in to get the donut on my car swapped out and ended up with a new tire since they didn't have a used one that was a match. The price they quoted me was $15 cheaper than the last place I went to replace a tire last month. (I swear I'm not a bad driver, these roads are just TRASH & my car is old.)The guys are all super friendly & funny and FAST. I think I was there for maybe 10 minutes. And this was all after sunset in the pouring rain. Anyway, I'm going back tomorrow for my inspection sticker. Thank you for your help Benjamin!”

“I removed the driveline shafts & the center carry bearing from my 2000 Kenworth model W900L after experiencing violent vibrations between 50mph to 70mph. I brought it to this shop where they ran a test on the whole assembly. They found the rear shaft completely shot and built a new replacement for it. The front shaft needed to be rebalanced. They replaced all the universal joints, and the center carry bearing. I put the driveline back in the truck and it's never run as smooth as it does now. Driving my truck on long trips is a dream now. I highly recommend this shop for doing driveline balancing. Price was very reasonable.”

“My wife and I picked up her tahoe from Raney's automotive yesterday. They fixed a crease on the 5th door, repaired a dent on the right rear quarter panel and repainted the vehicle. Raney's also vacuumed the inside and wiped the dash and cluster gauges. We are very satisfied with their work.”
