Carolina Martinez is very kind and respectful and if you don't speak English she serves you in Spanish. I wish more people like her would come, kind and take good care of the customer.

I had a pleasant experience with chase bank. I opened a new account with them and I got what I needed. The people that works at chase are professionals and they explain everything clearly.
