“I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and am eternally grateful to Ahnisha. The entire guest services desk are very kind and helpful but Ahnisha went above and beyond to assist me with getting situated for the night. It was extremely hard to find a place to stay with Taylor Swift in town but Ahnisha and this particular Hilton really came through. Thank you.”

“Lobby, halls, and room were very clean and even smelled clean! Nice hot water in the showers. The whole hotel seems recently remodeled. Conveniently located near the airport and 1-10 for easy exit out of Nola. You can hear a train go by every now and then, but didn't bother our sleep too much. Other than that, pretty quiet.
Perfect location for our road trip back to Houston, TX.
Free breakfast was acceptable, but definitely have had better elsewhere.
Would be nice if they offered water bottles for free, but I realize this is now something a lot of hotels don't offer anymore.”

“They shouldn't advertise wifi, because we stayed 5 days and couldn't connect to the internet the whole time. Our toilet ran 24/7. Our bathroom door was too big for the frame, so couldn't shut it or lock it. The room was so humid the sheets felt wet and our towels wouldn't dry. The breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal packs, grits, sausage links, very little fruit options, no yougart. Waffle maker was broken.Staff was friendly but never apologized for inconveniences.”

“The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The shuttle was exactly what we needed, and the driver was prompt and friendly. The amenities were clean, and their free breakfast was amazing. There was a kind staff member keeping the are clean and stocked. I'm definitely looking for this hotel in other areas. There were 9 of us staying within 3 rooms, and we all would highly recommend it.”
