“Convenient grocery store when I need to grab a few items. Store is always clean and well stocked. I like the little deli section right up front because they have a few prepared items if you need to pick up ready to eat food for lunch. The prices seem a little high, but I assume since its smaller than the bigger grocery stores but other than that, great place to pop in.”
“By far the BEST sausages anywhere within the state. The meat quality & butcher shop STILL remains top of the line. So glad that I can still find Mr Antoine champagne's original seasoning here it is the perfect combination for any dish as far as seasoning goes and God knows I've tried them all. My grandmother, Thelma Usie Guidry purchased her sirloin, sausages and marinated pork here for as long as I can recall. I have moved to Lafayette but still make it a point to buy my meat here (or will have my Dad pickup there) when possible. Thank you for keeping the original recipes always providing consistence to repeat customers your efforts are appreciated”
“We stopped here because we had extra time before Crawfish town USA opened. We were really surprised to see all the different spices and foods that were available at this shop compared to our supermarket in Oklahoma. We bought 5 or 6 spices, a few bags of chips, and some soda. We were really impressed with how friendly everyone was and how cheap everything in the store was.”

“This location is improving continuously, they are well stocked, clean, and there's normally someone close to lend a hand if needed. This is the third update I've done on this particular Walmart, they continue to impress. The store seems much busier now, and the employees are handling it great. “If you are looking for ambiance and upmarket merchandise then what are you doing looking at dollar store reviews? This has all the things that make a dollar store a dollar store. A lot of household goods and processed food options, spaces packed with goods, and cheap prices. I stopped here last time with the hope of picking up a frozen pizza for my hungry child and was not disappointed. If you need cheap things now, and your in the area give it a try.”
