“Carencro location was great. I had previously went to the store located at 5567 Interstate 49 South Service Rd, Opelousas, LA 70570. My experience there was not as good. I called before going to ensure they had the phone I wanted and was assured they had it. Upon arrival they said they did not have the phone and they would have to order it. Was not happy after driving 30 minutes to get there only to turn around and drive the opposite direction to get what I needed. Will drive to carencro for future business.”

“I definitely recommend this location! Aless was pleasant over the phone and was able to hold a phone for us even though we came hours later. Shentelle went ABOVE and BEYOOOND to make sure we left satisfied! She’s extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were getting the best deal for adding a new line. I absolutely loved her energy and she made us feel pretty comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but also observed a third employee being extremely professional with customers as they were coming in. Overall, I had a great experience!”

“I’ve never went to iPhone Repair 4 Less before until I went yesterday, my PS5 was overheating to the point I couldn’t play any games at all because it would automatically shut down, once i gave it to him I honestly thought it wasn’t fixable until he texted for me to come get it, i tried it out in the show and the PS5 ran like it was brand new. Not a single noise from it, and I can play all of my games. And it was definitely for a reasonable price. Thanks so much!! 10/10 would highly recommend”

“We had the pleasure of being helped by the manager of the store! She was the kindest and most understanding soul! She was patient and had no problem answering our questions. She helped us update our plan to help with our financial struggles, helped us get new phones after mine had broken for the second time (galaxy z flip 5; do not recommend flip phones), and she spoke with the phone representatives for us. I cannot express how much we appreciated her patience, kindness, and empathy through this rough time!”

“I had such a great experience working with Mekenzie at Verizon! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, professional, and willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend asking for Mekenzie. Thank you for such an awesome experience!”

“Me and my wife drove around the city for two hrs to get new phones. Jayvon was the other person to greet us when we walked in. Not only did he greet us with a smile and humor but he made us feel welcomed. His joy for people and customer service is genuine and refreshing to see when others acted as if our business wasn’t needed. Jay on was kind me and my wife gladly bought two phones, two earbuds, a charging station and some other accessories. I’m very glad I met this young man and he deserves every good thing that happens to him. Give this young man the credit he deserves.”

“My parents and I are not tech savvy, but Damon Guidry and Javonee Cochran were very patient and understanding. We were switching three lines from ATT. To add to the issue, we were requesting to keep my parent's landline with Brightspeed as my mother's new cell number. They were EXCEPTIONAL AND OUTSTANDING. Even going the extra mile by sending another worker(sorry did not get his name) to travel to another location to get the phone since they did not have it in stock. Wish they had a 10 star rating to give.”
