She was patient, informative, and polite as we went through the process of signing up. Vonetta involved her manager who stayed on the phone with her until service was established. She continued to reassure me that we would get through the process together. Her kindness was most appreciated and her commitment to great customer service was quite noticeable. I recommend anyone interested in service with ATT to speak with Vonetta. You will be as impressed as I was.”
