3500 Northeast Evangeline Thruway Unit B, Carencro LA 70520
“Outstanding customer service, clean store, and later hours (open til 6:30pm). All other drop off locations close at 5pm-impossible to get there after work to send package out on Monday afternoon. Entire staff was friendly, working, and seemed genuinely happy to be there providing exceptional customer service. I was highly impressed - a huge difference from our local drop off location where I feel as if I am more of an unwelcome annoyance than a customer. I will gladly drive the extra 16 minutes to Carencro for the more convenient later hours, amazingly easy (no stress) experience, and outstanding service provided. The super clean, well lit store with ample parking was the perfect topping on a very pleasurable shopping experience. Go Big Brown!”

“I just love Mr. Dan. Immediate connection when I met him felt like an uncle. I had a last minute order and he wanted to do it on the spot but I had other errands to run. Mr. Dan was quick and professional. I will continue to do business with him in the future.”

“I lived in Lafayette for almost a decade and shopped at Parish Ink frequently. I now live in New Orleans and continue to order merchandise from Parish Ink. I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work and absolutely love their unique designs. Recently, I had an issue with one of my orders and Parish Ink fixed it instantly with excellent customer service. I love that I can still shop Leauxcal even though I moved away.”

“This is my favorite place to make Amazon returns! The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and the process is super quick. If you don’t know how to do something, they take the time to explain it to you with a lot of patience. They also offer many other useful services, including shipping and packing, printing and copying, notarizing documents, private mailboxes, faxing, scanning, and document shredding. You can even get boxes and packing supplies if you need to ship something. I really like how convenient everything is in one place, and the customer service here makes a big difference. I always have a great experience and highly recommend this location!”

“I cannot recommend this balloon shop enough! Every single time I’ve gone, they have gone above and beyond to help me. Not only are their balloons and work amazing, but their customer service is unmatched. They always help me carry and load everything into my car, which makes such a difference when picking up larger orders. The owner and his wife are so kind! I’ll continue using them for all of my events and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and beautiful balloons!”

“In an effort to support local businesses, I called several printing companies in town and they provided me with the best price. I had 600 postcards printed from them and they all turned out beautifully. They did a great job keeping in contact with me whenever there was a slow down for any reason. They helped with any problems on their end and mine. They worked fast and professionally. I will absolutely be choosing them again. I recommend them to anyone who needs printing done .”

“I had a small but detailed print job to get done. Audrey at the printing station was a WIZARD! Not only did she get the job done quickly and efficiently, she did it while helping multiple customers with a smile on her face. Audrey is employee of the month status and she deserves a raise!”

“The UPS store closes at 6:30 and not realizing that, i barely made it b4 the doors were locked. I was ecstatic I made it, only to be told it was a FedEx package and needed to go to FedEx to drop it off. The worker is the one who noticed, and even directed me to the nearest place I could drop it off for FedEx. Very nice and helpful.”
