“The cutest shop! I bought stickers, plants with painted pots, toted bags and such here. I highly recommend going! The owner is so sweet and she created much of the stickers, designs on the tote bag and more. If youre looking for also cute gifts for people and such, it is an awesome shop for it. They also have a few vegan bags, pretty jewelry, kitchen things, and more. Definitely stop by on your walk on Magazine Street!”
“It's not officially Christmastime if I'm not stopping into Forever New Orleans for gifts. They seemingly have it all and it's all NOLA-style, from t-shirts to accessories to candles to ornaments (who doesn't need a gator santa?) to gag gifts to wall art and more. The staff is always merry and bright and I daresay you'll leave the store in a better mood than when you entered it. That's not always the case when holiday shopping, right? FNO is also a great place for quality souvenirs (avoiding those tourist traps on Decatur and Bourbon). Speaking of holidays, though, and Christmas aside, I'm secretly hoping they have that old school style ceramic Mardi Gras tree come January!”
“A 5 star rating is a complete understatement. This shop, the Vampire Cafe and the Apothecary are amazing establishments. The people working there are so knowledgeable and nice and answer any and all questions asked. I bought a book here that was written by the owner and I was able to get her to sign it. I'm eagerly anticipating my next trip to come back.”
“FABULOUS 'LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING' STORE IN THE FRENCH QUARTERI love this store. It’s full of whimsy and fabulous products. I come here each time I’m in town. My first purchase, ten years ago, was a super soft printed T-shirt, one of their original designs and the product that launched the whole enterprise. It was so nice that it went missing from my hotel room in Miami less than two weeks later! They have nine locations throughout the city and surrounds plus an outlet at Louis Armstrong International Airport, for those last minute purchases.”

“Ma Sherie Amour is an awesome shop conveniently located in the Jackson Square. Sherie of course is the owner and is the prime example of a Genuine Southern Lady. Definitely a shop to visit to get all your New Orleans souvenirs.”
“This is a very attractive store. And the assistant was top notch. Their Items are varied, including a lot if quality New Orleans schtik and not over priced. We went in to buy two gifts and came out with7 items. Local artists' items available, like artwork by Jane Brewster. Oh and be sure to check out their dresses.”
“Absolutely awesome gallery. Michael and Frances are my hero's. They offer the BEST customer service. My ring needed repairs and even with the Pandemic they still offer the BEST service.”
“Absolutely loved their selection of unique NOLA shirts, they're levels above and beyond in terms of quality and design from the stores on the main drag in the FQ. The prices were fair and they had a decent selection of items. Worth getting off of the main street and over to Royal for better quality gift shops like this one.”
“I can say I haven't been lucky since I started investing in crypto currency over the years. I got scammed so many times and I almost gave up not until I heard of Mrs MELISSA CRYPTO on how she has been helping her clients gain beautiful profit and I decided to give her a try and I am amazed from the profit I've been making lately. I can't pay you for what you have done for me Ma. may God reward you You can also reach her here Email [email protected] What'sapp +1 (313)831-7140”
“I always love museum gift shops and this one does have a variety of coffee table books, unique gifts, art pins and postcards. It has a truly excellent children’s section (complete with pillows for kids to sit and look at books) - in fact I’d say that’s their best section. However, I think it could work more with local artists for more variety in gifts. And they could have a few more clothing items - when I went they only had one type of t-shirt.”
“HUGE Dirty Coast fan from Texas! I stop by this store or their French Quarter location anytime I am in town. The staff are always super friendly and I can't get enough of their shirts.”
“We bought a beautiful hand made oyster platter and it was shipped quickly without any damage! We are glad we chose to do business with Roux Royale and would recommend them to anyone.”
“The store is beautiful! The customer service was Ah-mazing!! I bought 3 things from here for my daughter for Christmas and she looooved all 3! The later gator door mat makes it feel like home. The street tile magnets are decorative and so much fun to play with and leave messages. The Nola bucket list book has brought many laughs and “ I’ve done that’s “. In a world where customer service barely exists anymore…Dirty Coast is an exceptional find! Love Love Love this store!! ??”
“It just dawn on me that my favorite hot sauce, Tabasco is from NOLA. How did I not know this! One of the most famous sauce! Best ever! So I had to go inside! So Tabasco doesn't just make the one type of hot sauce. They have many others. I know they got the green one. But they have 10+ more! This place is so cute..right next to Jackson square. Easy to spot! They even have Tabasco chocolates! I ended up with a few tiny Tabasco sauce to keep in my purse. And I think I just scored the after Christmas Sale too! Got some cute Tabasco Sauce Christmas light covers. Very cute!”
“This is a wonderful gift shop, that specializes in local artist made items. If you are looking for quality items to gift or take home as a souvenir of your visit to New Orleans, this shop is a great choice! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The offerings are interesting and well made. The store is pleasantly arranged and easy to browse. Prices are fair. (This is NOT a French Quarter junky souvenir shop!)”
“Great assortment of NOLA-related gifts, gadgets, candles and trinkets, good prices, friendly and gracious service, the epitome of what retail-therapy should be. Five Stars.”
“MUST SEE for anyone looking beyond the tourist traps and especially if looking to support underrepresented voices. A great array of handmade and unique accessories, apparel, cards, and art. Immaculate vibes and great music. Look for the adorably sleepy Chihuahua!”
“I was looking for the works of one of my favorite local artist. The piece that I was looking for was not in stock. Although I did end up purchasing another one. The lady offered to see if she could get it for me and sure enough she did! I picked it up today. Everyone was very nice. From now on when I want anymore of Lorraine Gendron's work this will be my go to store.”
“Awesome and unique items are sold here. Great place to get items sold here & items brought to get personalized. They are the BEST KEPT secret on the West Bank!!!”
“Beautiful handmade masks, some of the best in town. You will be able to see the difference in workmanship from all the mass produced ones throughout town, as soon as you walk in. Well worth it!”
“This was the final shop I visited before leaving NOLA and I am so happy that I got to leave town on a good experience. The staff was so nice and chatted my husband and I up while we looked around. There is a lot packed into a small space and I wish I could have spent more time in the store. Overall, an amazing experience :)”
“The shop has a lot of flavors of Tabasco hot sauce that I'm sure my dad and I will enjoy! The owner was very nice and the shop was clean with a friendly atmosphere.”

“Items in the store are beautiful. But even though I bought two items that were suppose to be on sale, neither one rang up that way, even after I had pointed out the sale price to the gentlemen. Also, he removed the one sticker that had any information about when the item was made, etc. As it is for a gift I would really have liked to have had that. Both things are disappointing.”

“When my partner and I visited New Orleans last December, we fell in love with an Absinthe fountain at Gem De France. We weren't able to buy it at the time but kept thinking about it on our return to Australia. We decided to contact the shop about the item and proceeded with the purchase. It was a delight dealing with the owner. The item arrived carefully packaged and we're very happy with the fountain. This shop was among many delights we found in NOLA.”
“The best gift shop to stop into. The owner was so nice! He offered multiple times to help/asked if we were looking for anything in particular. The gift variety was awesome and the prices were perfect. He wrapped fragile items without us having to ask.”
“I was on my way back to my car after doing a few things in the Quarter, and I noticed this store and decided to go in. I was pleasantly surprised. The store is very cute, cards done by a local artist. The gal working was very friendly. Everything was reasonably priced, and there were so many cards, stickers and key chains. Well worth stopping in.”
