“The cutest shop! I bought stickers, plants with painted pots, toted bags and such here. I highly recommend going! The owner is so sweet and she created much of the stickers, designs on the tote bag and more. If youre looking for also cute gifts for people and such, it is an awesome shop for it. They also have a few vegan bags, pretty jewelry, kitchen things, and more. Definitely stop by on your walk on Magazine Street!”
“It's not officially Christmastime if I'm not stopping into Forever New Orleans for gifts. They seemingly have it all and it's all NOLA-style, from t-shirts to accessories to candles to ornaments (who doesn't need a gator santa?) to gag gifts to wall art and more. The staff is always merry and bright and I daresay you'll leave the store in a better mood than when you entered it. That's not always the case when holiday shopping, right? FNO is also a great place for quality souvenirs (avoiding those tourist traps on Decatur and Bourbon). Speaking of holidays, though, and Christmas aside, I'm secretly hoping they have that old school style ceramic Mardi Gras tree come January!”

The people working there are so knowledgeable and nice and answer any and all questions asked. I bought a book here that was written by the owner and I was able to get her to sign it. “FABULOUS 'LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING' STORE IN THE FRENCH QUARTERI love this store. It’s full of whimsy and fabulous products. I come here each time I’m in town. My first purchase, ten years ago, was a super soft printed T-shirt, one of their original designs and the product that launched the whole enterprise. It was so nice that it went missing from my hotel room in Miami less than two weeks later!They have nine locations throughout the city and surrounds plus an outlet at Louis Armstrong International Airport, for those last minute purchases.”

“This is a very attractive store. And the assistant was top notch. Their Items are varied, including a lot if quality New Orleans schtik and not over priced. We went in to buy two gifts and came out with7 items. Local artists' items available, like artwork by Jane Brewster. Oh and be sure to check out their dresses.”

“I always love museum gift shops and this one does have a variety of coffee table books, unique gifts, art pins and postcards. It has a truly excellent children’s section (complete with pillows for kids to sit and look at books) - in fact I’d say that’s their best section. However, I think it could work more with local artists for more variety in gifts. And they could have a few more clothing items - when I went they only had one type of t-shirt.”

“It just dawn on me that my favorite hot sauce, Tabasco is from NOLA. How did I not know this! One of the most famous sauce! Best ever! So I had to go inside! So Tabasco doesn't just make the one type of hot sauce. They have many others. I know they got the green one. But they have 10+ more! This place is so cute..right next to Jackson square. Easy to spot! They even have Tabasco chocolates! I ended up with a few tiny Tabasco sauce to keep in my purse. And I think I just scored the after Christmas Sale too! Got some cute Tabasco Sauce Christmas light covers. Very cute!”

“Items in the store are beautiful. But even though I bought two items that were suppose to be on sale, neither one rang up that way, even after I had pointed out the sale price to the gentlemen. Also, he removed the one sticker that had any information about when the item was made, etc. As it is for a gift I would really have liked to have had that. Both things are disappointing.”

“When my partner and I visited New Orleans last December, we fell in love with an Absinthe fountain at Gem De France. We weren't able to buy it at the time but kept thinking about it on our return to Australia. We decided to contact the shop about the item and proceeded with the purchase. It was a delight dealing with the owner. The item arrived carefully packaged and we're very happy with the fountain. This shop was among many delights we found in NOLA.”

“I was on my way back to my car after doing a few things in the Quarter, and I noticed this store and decided to go in. I was pleasantly surprised. The store is very cute, cards done by a local artist. The gal working was very friendly. Everything was reasonably priced, and there were so many cards, stickers and key chains. Well worth stopping in.”
