“This place is GREAT! This owner Josh and his asst KIm saved my a!@#$! I just move into Covington area when one morning the power steering went out on my 2020 BMW with 43000 miles on it. I thought I was having a stroke...but lucky for me it was the power steering. well I called the only BMW dealer in the area which was 30 miles away in NOLA. ( I don't need to say their name) but they not only wanted to charge me 10k plus but said my warranty had expired 2 days prior an that they could not make an exception. I was floored. So I looked up certified bmw repair shops n the area and Josh answered the phone .....he was nothing but helpful from that point on. So was KIM ....they not only made many calls trying to find the lowest price steering column to replace in my car but did it over the Christmas and New Years holiday season. The fixed it for a fraction of the cost.! don't get me wrong it was NOT CHEAP but they were there for me and got the job done. They work, so answering the phone or getting back to you is a challenge for them. they are a small shop and like I said are working on your car...so call them and KIM will be ther for you. If you have a BMW and need work call Euro Tech. Ask for KIM, NOT JOSH...he is working 24/7 and really wants to satisfy his clients....they are a great team. Thank you Euro Tech LLC....and now for everyone that is reading this ...don't hesitate to call them.

“Eddie Tourelle’s Northpark Nissan Service Departed never disappoints. I originally scheduled my appointment with Service Advisor Jamie Snyder on April 28th for a next day appointment on April 29th. I needed an Oil/Filter change plus my passenger side rear door looked at for a discrepancy. On the 29th, I was assisted by Service Advisor David Zoller and my experience with them both is always the best. David checked out the issue and off it went for service. He kept me abreast every hour of the service progress and other services needed for my truck. Once done he took the time to explain to me in detail all services provided and future service recommendations. Always great service here and look forward for my next visit.

On November 4, 2025, I came in for a scheduled 65,000 mile maintenance. My Service Advisor was Jamie Snyder and as always “first class” service. The service took less than three hours and Jamie made sure that I was informed every step of the process including any additional recommendations that my vehicle needed. I’m definitely happy with the services that are provided at Northpark Nissan and their exceptional team of Service Advisors and Technicians. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to my next visit.”

After my Dad’s passing, we took his advice & have never regretted it. Mr James & his son, Pee Wee, are very honest & trustworthy. They’ve always fixed every issue we’ve had & their prices can’t be beat. They’re down to earth people & every time we need them, they take care of us immediately & we reminisce about my Dad & his diesel truck.
