“I just moved from California. I love target so much and this store in Covington, Louisiana is by far the most well stocked and cleanest store I have ever been in. Very impressive! ?”
“John at the Covington store was amazing. Went above and beyond, had my back, was super patient and kind. I considered leaving Verizon, but he completely turned my experience around and got my issues solved! 10/10 service”

“I’ve had to go into the cricket store twice in two days for two separate things and both times I was in there the service was outstanding!
The first time I came in there Amanda and Steph helped me and were so helpful in the knowledge they gave me! When I came in today Itzel and Amanda were amazing and helped me with an issue that they had never dealt with before and helped me to the best of their ability and I left with my issue solved! Thank yall so much!”

“A-1 Appliance is a first rate company to work with. We were in need of a new dishwasher and after trying, unsuccessfully, at Home Depot and Lowe's, and receiving zero help, we stopped in at A-1. From the moment we walked in the store until we finished our purchase we had a perfect experience. We met a fabulous salesperson, Kristin Chadwick. Patient, kind, very knowledgeable and best of all truly listened to what we were looking for. She showed us several options and we found exactly what we were looking for at a very affordable price. Thank you Kristin for all that you did to make our experience a non-stressful one.”
“I had a wonderful experience here. Mgr and Mia was so very knowledgeable and helpful. I was nervous about changing providers after being with my last one for 26 years.
I would recommend this team to everyone.

“Tausha helped me so much as I just moved to the area. She is amazing at customer service and was very informed on all the appliances. I am loving my new washer and dryer and will be purchasing more from her in the future”
“Very nice employees...took the time to show me what I wanted to look at. So we used there lay a way program to buy a ring that I will hopefully be able to wear when it's finally paid off. Thanks CAP for that and see you soon!”

“I've been there 2 times in the past week & on both occasions I experienced INCREDIBLE & OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE! I simply CANNOT say enough positive things about this location! We were greeted upon entry & immediately asked if we could be helped. They pretty much had everything we needed & of course, then some! I don't have any names specifically but as I mentioned EVERY employee was willing & eager to help! Bravo on an incredible staff!”
