FEDEX IS TRASH!!! They delivered my package to the wrong address, refuse to help me find my package, and wont lift a finger to reimburse me!!!

How is this facility, or any FedEx facility, in business? Unfortunately, Tire Rack uses them so there was no option to choose a better alternative.
