I would give zero stars if I could. My tracking says that my package was supposed be delivered by 12:46 on 12/21/22. It left the Covington location at 4:55am on 12/21/22 and I still have not received my package! Delivery time and date are optional which to expected from a failing company

My packages literally never arrive on time. Today I was told my package was delivered on time. When I go to pick it up, Walgreens doesn’t have it. 3 hours later, it’s back at the warehouse. The entire warehouse shares a single brain cell. I wish there was a way to blacklist FedEx from ever delivering a package.
