“She seemed preoccupied with her own phone. She told me she would have some phones to pick from, then she brought out one. Then seemed annoyed cause I couldn’t decide on color. Never saw a smile on her face , then she said you can go, it will be mailed to your house then bring it back. I know service is not like it use to be, but I expected her to be better.
