“Amazing service ! Quick and affordable. We have had a child’s camera toy repaired and most recently apple air pods bc charger tip broke off and was stuck. They actually did this repair in less than a minute. Highly recommend these guys for any of your electronic device repairs.”

“In regards to a survey left by Shannon Badeaux, I was in the store the night of the call. Ron was working with me, upgrading my device which by the way he was extremely helpful! Shannon called the store, becoming irate demanding to speak with a manager. I overheard as he threatened Bre and Ron by screaming “I’m on my way there now and you will be dealt with!” Bre responded by saying “if you would like to come in to see what we can do, you’re more than welcomed. I’ll be here.” Bre maintained an amazing level of professionalism even after being threatened. I commend Ron and Bre for how they treated me the entire time I was there and I feel terrible that they had to be threatened. I recommend anyone to go to this location!”

“I was looking to upgrade my wife’s phone. And I went into the direct Vzw store in Covington. And was lied to by the sales rep. So after 21 years with VZW. I shopped AT&T and TMobil. I decided one more time to try Vzw and went to the indirect store. Those 2 gents were the nicest most honest sales people I have met. We upgraded 2 phones and got my plans straight. Great customer service.”
