He was so knowledgeable, well qualified, patient, polite, and very easy going. In fact, my husband & I both told him he was very good at his job, and a tremendous help in explaining everything to us! My husband even went over and told the store manager we had a smart young man wait on us. Eli, the manager thanked us for coming in, and told us he was glad we had a good experience. I had been in previously, when I had problems with my old phone, and Eli waited on me. He was so patient with me and I never felt rushed while he took the time to take care of my problem!
