He helped me along with his supportive staff. I felt like I was one of my patients being cared for by this store. I was so overwhelmed by this teams help that I upgraded my son's phone. Mars was so knowledgeable that he actually helped lower my monthly bill! Thank you, Mars, for your amazing help with my son's new phone! I love T-MOBILE because of customer service that feels like family style dining! These employees deserve more than verbal recognition ?! They need ? capital! “I was looking to upgrade my wife’s phone. And I went into the direct Vzw store in Covington. And was lied to by the sales rep. So after 21 years with VZW. I shopped AT&T and TMobil. I decided one more time to try Vzw and went to the indirect store. Those 2 gents were the nicest most honest sales people I have met. We upgraded 2 phones and got my plans straight.
