“Tyler, the store manager, needs a raise! I'm in heath care administration. I dropped my phone, and dealing with the insurance process on their website was challenging. He helped me along with his supportive staff. I felt like I was one of my patients being cared for by this store. I was so overwhelmed by this teams help that I upgraded my son's phone. Mars was so knowledgeable that he actually helped lower my monthly bill! Thank you, Mars, for your amazing help with my son's new phone! I love T-MOBILE because of customer service that feels like family style dining! These employees deserve more than verbal recognition ?! They need ? capital! I'm in health care administration, and I would definitely reward them the proper way, a raise for both. Also, this T-MOBILE will be my home from now on. They are absolutely the best. To be honest. I've gone to other T-MOBILE's and consider switching to Verizon. Tyler resorted my faith in my wireless provider. Thank you, Tyler and Mars!”
“The store was quiet. There was an associate working with a client & informed someone would be assisting shortly. It was ~three minutes later when someone came to assist. The service was thorough & accomplished everything that the visit was for. It's the most efficient service I had had with AT&T & I have been a customer since your BellSouth Mobility days.”

“I was looking to upgrade my wife’s phone. And I went into the direct Vzw store in Covington. And was lied to by the sales rep. So after 21 years with VZW. I shopped AT&T and TMobil. I decided one more time to try Vzw and went to the indirect store. Those 2 gents were the nicest most honest sales people I have met. We upgraded 2 phones and got my plans straight. Great customer service.”
