“I bought a new Apple IPhone yesterday at Alliance (AT&T authorized dealer) 601 North Causeway Blvd, Mandeville, LA. Trent B. was the nice young man who waited on me and my husband. He was so knowledgeable, well qualified, patient, polite, and very easy going. In fact, my husband & I both told him he was very good at his job, and a tremendous help in explaining everything to us! My husband even went over and told the store manager we had a smart young man wait on us. Eli, the manager thanked us for coming in, and told us he was glad we had a good experience. I had been in previously, when I had problems with my old phone, and Eli waited on me. He was so patient with me and I never felt rushed while he took the time to take care of my problem!
