The Carriage House Restaurant
40136 LA-942, DarrowWhat an amazing dinner. Had the eggplant napoleon and it was absolutely dreamy- the saffron sauce was divine, honey had the wagon tenderloin and it was done to perfection. Rare plus and melted in your mouth. Our server Reed, was super attentive and catered to us well. Just be ready for the trek to the actual restaurant from The parking lot- glad I got my steps in and now I get to burn off the creme brulee walking back to the car! Worth it!!! Thanks Reed

Dixie Cafe at Houmas House and Gardens
40136 Highway 942 River Road, DarrowFantastic place! The gumbo was truly the best I've ever had! My husband said the Red beans and rice we're amazing - and he's terribly picky! Great atmosphere, super friendly service. So happy we found this little spot. We will definitely be back!

Latil's Landing Restaurant at Houmas House Plantation and Gardens
40136 LA-942, DarrowSome of the best food I’ve ever had in the 5 course meal. The only thing that I didn’t particularly like was the starting dish that was the green tomatoes soup dish served cold. Just wasn’t my type of dish. But everything else is a 10/10 and had me waiting for the next dish.
