They took my baby to the vet and made sure she was happy till I was able to pick her up. Thank you all for taking great care of my baby. This kinda service will be talked about with friends!

I was a wreck trying to figure out what’s the best course of action. I called and spoke with Shay who was extremely informative in not only what to give for cure & prevention, but also ways to treat my home as well as other prevention I could have her on. The brownie didn’t have a brownie consistency, it was more of a chewy cake consistency and you could tell also because you could taste the flour which I figure they added too much of to the batter.

511 N Airline Hwy, GonzalesI went through the drive through just now. While handing the girl my card, she was trying to hand me my order at the same time. In the exchange, the bag of food ended up falling to the ground. To me, it was no big deal, but the manager immediately had someone remake my entire order, and even upgraded my side item to a large! This was a pleasant surprise and fun start to my day. The staff at Chic-fil-A Gonzales really went above and beyond, and in my opinion, we all need to be more like that when mistakes happen. Id like to add, I frequent this place every week to other week, and I've never had a negative experience.
