Also if the line looks long don’t fear, it goes by very quick. They’re very good at keeping a rhythm up and speedy. I definitely recommend!! 11/10!

In the exchange, the bag of food ended up falling to the ground. To me, it was no big deal, but the manager immediately had someone remake my entire order, and even upgraded my side item to a large! This was a pleasant surprise and fun start to my day. The staff at Chic-fil-A Gonzales really went above and beyond, and in my opinion, we all need to be more like that when mistakes happen. Id like to add, I frequent this place every week to other week, and I've never had a negative experience.

2460 W Outfitters Dr, GonzalesQuincy the server recommended great appetizers and food , he was new I could tell but he was knowledgeable about the menu has a superb personality, and the rest of the staff was outstanding as they passed by the table they still checked in on us , a young lady assuming she may be a manager was very pleasant . I love the way they worked together walking the floor ensuring that the each guest had an experience . I am very pleased as customer service in a lot of places have gone out the window ! Nice job! Nice teamwork! Nice training !
