If I need it quickly, I just drive to the warehouse and buy it there. I don't even call the other places anymore”

The price for the service and parts is very, very good. But that is not the best thing. The gentleman at the counter is excellent, polite, professional and very nice, as well as the rest of the employees.
I was having a stressful day and they just took care of everything that was needed. Making my day so much easier.

“I recently put my car in the shop to have the rear bumper buffed and repainted. Not only did Phil (owner of River City Collision) agree ahead of time to do the work the week of Thanksgiving while I was off work but he managed to get it done before he closed the shop for the holiday weekend. The work was done perfectly. My car looks brand new again. I will most definitely always go back to him if needed in the future and can’t recommend him to others more. Excellent work!!”

I had gone to auto zone in walker and even after calling was met with a we can't do it. Also, I had a couple other issues that Victor pointed out to me. AND he even went back inside to get something to knock off the corrosion. Couldn't ask for better service.”
“I was looking for a repair shop in the Denham area. The reviews for the different shops let me narrow it down to three places. Then I drove by each place. I chose Maggio’s because the building and grounds were well maintained. The parking lot was neat and orderly. It wasn’t crowded with junk and cars in different stages of repair. My assumption was if they care for their property this way, then they will care for my property as well.
And, I was right. The repairs to our Grand Cherokee were excellent. I know there are more people on the Maggio’s team, but I only dealt with Taylor and Mark. These folks know their business.

“$400 for 3-min tow out of shallow ditch (necessary to avoid hitting car w/no brake lights). Dented car, refused responsibility. Mr. Brown blocked me when reached out to discuss. Mandy in ofc was VERY rude. How do they stay in business with her nasty attitude, poor towing, egregious prices, & an owner who runs from responsibility? Took action to right the wrong. It’s the only way to stop unethical businesses from taking advantage of customers & disrespecting them.”

The finished product was absolutely fantastic. I was nervous about the repair and paint, but it came out perfect. I could not be be happier. Highly recommended.”

I had to be out of town during the process, I gave staff all the info and they were so accommodating until I could get someone to pick it up for me. They dealt directly with the insurance company when more parts were needed.. The best part was seeing that they had detailed the inside. That was an unexpected surprise for sure.. It was a great experience and if need be I will use them again.”
