“I went in a few days ago, leaving the Nike store and not being satisfied. This place was FANTASTIC. The young lady who serviced me was African American, and I hate that I forgot her name, but she was A WALKING BILLBOARD FOR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.She was so kind, very knowledgeable, and patient. They offered me water and told me about the different brands and how each one could help. She even put the shoes on for me and laced them. After I checked out, she walked me out and held the door open for me. Wonderful visit!”

“We were visiting family BR and my husband needed a suit jacket quickly for a very important, last minute meeting in New York the next week. He tried other shops and no one would call him back or would say, “come back in an hour” but wouldn’t be there when we returned.We showed up at the Mc Lavy shop mid afternoon on Friday and we were greeted with a warm smile and prompt service. Their inventory offered a wide variety of price points and quality. Best part, we asked for expedited tailoring and we got the jacket back within 24 hours.This is a one-owner shop that has been around since 1979. It's much more organized than other leagues so if you're signing up by yourself, they make it comfortable. USc LA really focuses on the social aspect so it's a great way to meet new people that live in the area and share similar interests. “Store closes at 5:00 p.m. I got there at 4:53 p.m., and asked if it was too late? The guy said no, take my time, and was very accomadating. As a Customer, it seems to be getting harder and harder to find a business that actually keeps Good, Old-Fashioned Customer Service as a Core Principal. The employees at Safety Shoe Distributors may have left work ten or fifteen minutes later than normal today, but the Company ended up with One more pair of boots sold; More importantly though, the Company ended the day with a new Customer, that will come back to buy my next pair of boots from them! “What a great store! If you're into the modern country (think Yellowstone and new country music) this is a great place to shop! Lots of good quality brands like Hurley, Hey Dude, Savage in a variety of sizes (took the bf shopping for his birthday and he's a pretty good sized man). Juan helped us today, he was patient and caring, took time to understand our needs and likes of which we ended up getting 2 pairs of jeans and 2 shirts. Juan did say the isn't normally there during the week (just on the weekends) so it was great that we had him to help us today!Will definitely be back and so glad they have a wide variety of good quality jeans in a wide variety of sizes for men and women.
