“Great store with an amazing selection. Fair prices and friendly service. The store is always clean, plenty of people to help you if needed. This is not your average store! If you need anything gun, hunting clothes or boots, outdoor cooking supplies and accessories and so much more. They are great people that always help others in need in the community and surrounding areas. It's a little Drive north for me from Vinton but always worth it. If I'm looking for a firearm I call there first! So go to Nichols and check it out, you will not be disappointed!”

“This is for the new location in the old Fred's building. I want to give big praise to the manager Connie. She is great to deal with on a regular basis. She is always friendly and lets you know that she is glad you are there. But even more important is the way her workers do the same. When she is not there, her employees, particularly Teo guys, Syncere and Larry, are true gems. It is RARE to see retail employees who are genuinely committed to making their customers feel welcome and important.
