“There are two Brookshire Brothers in DeRidder. This one is East of town on 190/171, the other is West on 190.Each has a little different selection. You have to know which carries what you want.This one (East) sells liquor inside, dried mushrooms, and has fewer meat and seafood choices, but a great and different vegitable selection.”

“I made a trip to this location because of the beautiful selection of fake flowers they have on display. I was able to build 2 bouquets to be put in the vase attached to the headstones in a nearby cemetary. They even had the foam I needed AND wire cutters! If you need a vase they have those too!”

“I think the dg is lil better then most stores. It sure is easier to go in the dg & come out with ur groceries. Rather then, any big store like- walmart, or brok- shall Brothers. U will come out with less stuff, & still be in a long line waiting for the cashier to scan my few items.”

“On the suggestion of a friend and confirmed by another colleague I decided to drive 8 miles out of the way.. 16 miles round trip to try the place out! Louisiana is only place where gas stations have great food and this place didn't disappoint! I called ahead and told the lady who answered the phone, "I heard that this is the place that I needed to get a burger from?!"She was very sweet and replied, "it sure is!"She talked me into a bacon cheeseburger on a sourdough bun with curly fries!Big juicy burger! Big order of fries! Both were great!Absolutely delicious and worth driving 16 miles out of the way! Give them a try if you're passing through!”
