The workout incorporates current pop songs and basically just puts commonly known workout moves to a beat! It is not really “dancing” where you feel uncomfortable or feel like you need to know how to dance. It’s 8 counts you follow repetitively one at a time with typical moves like squats, lunges, high knees, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, etc. PLUS a little dance-y moves that make you forget you’re even working out! Give it 3 classes and you will totally understand the format, moves, etc. and want to come back every single day!”
“I attended their Zumba classes via zoom, which I knew through Meetup since July 2022. I would like to thank El Doco Loco Dance Studio for making their zoom classes accessible to the community. The classes are fun and instructors are enthusiastic. I really enjoyed it.”

Initially started with Black card but went to basic because I didn't use the perks. Would reconsider if tanning beds were changed to spray machine.”

“It's not like my old gym i use to go to for a true addict but being out of a gym for almost 3 years, any gym will do. Being a black card member i can go to any PF in the united states which is good for me as a truck driver. This place have everything you need to reach your fitness goals. The only thing that can stop you from getting into shape is yourself.

“I'm new to the g6m experience. But I'm enjoying it so far. Everything Is clean and works. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Iv even made a few acquaintances just coming in daily. Great atmosphere. I haven't seen a single person recording themselves for tik tok. Had 1 guy using his phone to watch a gym routine which was annoying but I just mind my own business. Bring your earbuds people!”

“I forget who asked the phone when I called but he was so nice and kind. I have been gong to the Metairie and Lakeview locations but the Kenner location was very nice. Very clean and a lot more space and equipment than Metairie. I was able to show my friend (who is just starting out) how to use all of the machines. I'll be going to the Kenner location more often.”
“It's undoubtedly the best gym in the area since it offers one time payment options for 3/6/12 months meaning you get to avoid all the unwanted fees, payment collectors if you fail to pay 1 month etc.I would really recommend opting for a one time payment for months. since the way the membership works is god awful. They copied the same formula club4 uses but not as scammy.The equipment is alright, nothing too fancy but enough to grow and challenge yourself. Maintenance does seem to take a while to take place when something stops working.Reason for my 4 star review is that i believe one time payments are a huge plus!”

“I have been with Anytime Fitness for over 10 years and the last 5 years the Destrehan location has been my home gym. I've experienced 3 Anytime gyms and Destrehan is by far the best. What makes Destrehan Anytime the best are the trainers. I take several classes weekly and the trainers are the reason I get up and go when I don't feel like it. They motivate me and others to do our best, and to become the best version of ourselves not only physically, but emotionally too! I know some people may go to the gym to look better, but I go to the gym to feel better.
