Nonetheless, she was gracious, cranked the computer back up, answered my questions, completed my purchase, arranged for delivery the following business day. Much appreciated!”
“I had a very smooth and easy furniture buying experience thanks to Philip W., sales associate. I hate shopping, and this time found it productive, stress free, and even fun! Philip was patient, listened to what I wanted, and showed me every sofa that was a possibility. And humorously, some that weren’t! All with no pressure. After 3 months of looking, I did buy a sofa & love seat. Also got great advice, interesting stories, and some good laughs! Every delivery detail was explained, all questions answered.

Actually listened to what I was l looking for (including my budget) and worked with me to find the right fit within my budget. Went to multiple other stores before this and they could care less about your budget. All they cared about was upselling you to something 2-3 times more expensive so you can finance. With her help I left with a great deal and a better mattress. Overall would definitely recommend.”

“Love our new electric lantern! It replaced the cheap builders grade light that came with our house on our new deck. Great craftsmanship and communication from sales. Yes it’s not cheap. Yes there is a waiting period. All of it is worth the great hand built result. They said it would take 8 weeks from when I ordered it and it showed up right on time. Will definitely get more to replace our other lights outside in the future.”

“I went to the Sleep Number Store in Metairie, Louisiana. I was nicely greeted by Ryan. I wanted to buy a replacement remote for my California Split King. He gave me all of the information that I would need. I was very impressed by Ryan’s extensive knowledge of all of the parts of the Sleep Number beds. My bed still works, but it is almost 20 years old. He showed me how I could have a new mattress portion of the bed. He gave me a discount and set up a delivery for me. Ryan is an asset to the staff!”

Went to self checkout after which was quick and easy. I enjoy shopping here because they offer different and unique items that you don't see in Walmart also.”
