“I go here a few times a week and the people working here are always kind, apologize for the wait, and figure out the answer. Sometimes there is a wait or confusion but that happens everywhere. They always get things done. Respect and thanks for good service.”

“Very kind woman working the desk! She gave my child a sticker which made her day, and we were in and out in 1 minute. I come to this post office often and rarely have a line. Recommend this post office!”

“Honestly, I have had a very positive experience every time I have used this post office. The workers are kind and helpful, even to people who are still learning a lot about mailing.”
“The customer service is excellent and humorous. But today I came and there's no sign we're closed due to ECT. Very unperfessional. Other than that, overall expediately service.”
“Never had a problem here. People are always nice. And when I drop off prepaid packages here it always moves fast to next location. Not like other post office on the westbank. Great service”
“Great Group of People considering the amount of stress that's placed on them. Even short handed at times, they'll try to assist you in the best way possible !”
“There was an issue with my package, it said insufficient address. I simply went in person to retrieve it. I was so happy with the process! Very quick and smooth.”

“They're good. It's a good spot. One thong, if you have packages delivered from Amazon, you'll get a weird notice, "Atte.pted delivery, will try again." In truth, they received the package. Don't know why this error persists.”

“The post office operates fine. Usually the packages arrive and are available timely. However, if you have issues with missing packages or delays, the fault is with the delivery services. If you use Amazon delivery, it will autocorrect the last 4 digits of your zip code to 70148-3520 when the real delivery route should be 70148-0001. If Amazon detects you are a p.o box they will send you on the 3-5 day usps shipping. The problem occurs when the website does not detect that your address is a p.o box address, and you might get a carrier that is not USPS, which is the only one that guaranteed delivers to p.o. box. Many drivers do not deliver to p.o boxes because they're used to boxes that don't accept parcels from other carriers except usps. The problem worsens with Amazon drivers, who are contracted. They barely get paid a livable wage (many times Amazon was sued for paying drivers under minimum wage even), and must deliver lots of packages as fast as they can to make a living, to the point where they may have to pee in bottles rather than stop. Amazon tracks their eye movements, if they drink coffee, everything, and even outside of driving and doing their job, they to have specific nail length, social media posting, lots of dictated things and none of the benefits of employees as they are contractors. If your packages end up delivered at all, your they might end up in Privateer place or some other place. That's what happened to my package, when I checked the map and the exact location. Hopefully it will reach the UNO post office.Edit: You can change the last 4 digits by changing address 1 and then reentering the zip code until it eventually works.”

“I would just like to say thank you to the cashier that helped us with a reprint of our lost receipt. We had a very stressful day on the day we lost it. She was patient with us that day and also very helpful the day we came for a reprint. I have never really had a problem or long wait at this location. The employees are always helpful and efficient.”

“Not a bad experience at all. The lady is serious but polite. I had my two kids with me and before leaving she asked my oldest son if he wanted an activity book. She gave him two, one for him and the other one for my daughter. She also asked me if I needed to get anything else.”

“I visit this Post Office to retrieve our organization's mail from the PO Box. Pretty busy PO and and small. Never used their services but there is usually a pretty long line. I am glad they are open 24/7. However, I was disappointed when I wanted to visit our PO Box one Sunday and there was a squatter sitting on a paint bucket, and of course in front of the box I wanted to access. I just left and came back during normal hours. Other than that, the location is kept up fairly well and our mail is place neatly in the box.”

“I don't know why this post office has such a low rating. I was there this morning with a complicated situation, and everyone was absolutely polite, helpful, gracious. Thank you, staff!”
“The employees at the Harvey location have always been helpful and service is fast. The self-service kiosk is available after hours. USPS has consistently been the fastest and most reliable service for me, compared to FedEx or UPS.”
“The reviews here are due to the processing facility that is located in Saint Rose, not this Post Office, we are getting all these bad reviews as a result of the distribution location, Everything that comes to us gets delivered the day we get it, we can't deliver what we don't receive from distribution.”
“It’s so telling all of the negative reviews here haven’t the slightest clue about mail delivery via USPS.
I am happy to get my mail delivered in a timely manner about 95% of the time. If you want better service, get involved. Hold our public civil servants/legislators accountable.
USPS & the majority of federal employees are made up of us regular folks. It’s the leadership who we need to push to do the right things & stop taking corporate $$$. I’ve had my own challenges with USPS in the past, but none of us is perfect.
USPS should have their old benefits restored (keep the politicians out of the USPS) to what they once were.
USPS mail workers used to be respected, let’s bring that back!!
Thank you USPS for all you do!”
