I would give this place 5 stars, but it drives me bananas when they ask if you want to leave a tip when paying with a credit card. They give you the receipt to sign and write it in regardless, so why ask? It’s tacky and most people would tip anyway. Just hand me the receipt and I’ll write your tip down instead of announcing it to the waiting room.”

New Orleans Packing and Shipping bent over backwards to accommodate our special shipment (an 8 foot by 4 foot 1-1/2" thick painting)! They picked it up, packaged it, and it was successfully delivered in perfect condition! Their price was comparable or less than the big companies who would not/could not help me. “I was in need of a memorial/funeral program for my sister’s memorial. I called and Seth provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. He answered all of my questions and he did not rush me. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The memorial programs came out perfect! They were bind (stapled) in the appropriate place unlike the other big chain in the area. The color on the programs were nice as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the programs as well as the customer service I received.FedEx, please know that Seth is a tremendous asset to this location and the entire FedEx family! If I ever need memorial programs printed again, Seth and FedEx will be my first and only stop!”
