“I had a flat in my condo parking lot and was asked to text my address and photo of the flat. He called back in about five minutes and said the techs would arrive between 12:00 and 12:30 and call 10 minutes before arrival; they called at 11:20 and said they were on their way. They replaced and balanced my tire in less than 20 minutes and the price was far more reasonable than the dealership. The technicians were incredibly friendly and professional and the price charged was exactly what I was quoted. I would use them again in a heartbeat!”
“My experience with Jefferson Auto Service was incredible! They were so kind, helpful, thorough, and my car runs better than it ever has. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. Personally, the best part is the super detailed report you get when you have the diagnostic test done. I’ve never received a report with such detail that includes pictures and videos of the assessments of YOUR car being done. As someone who loves data, this was absolutely fascinating and so comforting to know that I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. My cars will never see another automotive shop because they are my forever mechanics now. Super grateful for them and their skill and hospitality! 10/10 all around! They take good care of their customers, let them know of things that may need to be replaced in the future and will be up front about their pricing and parts. That doesn't even match how fast a turn around time there is. I dropped my Rogue off for brakes first thing in the morning and by noon they were finished.
