“I've walked through this store since the early 90's and it still has a good, home-town vibe to it to this day. I stopped by today to grab a few things and they have a good selection of meat, etc. Glad this place is still around in Iowa.”
“Great place to stop and grab whatever you need. Mrs Barbara always has a smile and a greeting waiting for you. Mr Tim in the back always has something smelling good in the back. They are very helpful and can really change the course of your morning. Gas may be a little higher price, but everything else makes it worth going.”

“Customer service was excellent.Location (locally) is paramount.Store appeared to be clean & smelling fresh.Surprised to see products "fronted" & organized with no buggies in the aisles where accidents can happen.Customers are offered numerous amounts of varieties of products.Prices ARE NOT consistent with other similar type business establishments offering same and/or similar type products to the general public. (It's okay to make a profit. That's what you're in business for, amongst other reasons. If you'd come down on your prices a little and/or offer more sales/savings promotions, you'd definitely get more customers and/or more sales business from local ppl within your community).Although I've rated/reviewed your business establishment as a 4+, I would still very much recommend Market Basket (Welsh, La.) to family, friends, or the general public when or if asked, "Where is a decent grocery shopping market"?”

“I went to the dollar general in Fenton La for the first time and I must say it was the cleanest dollar general that I have ever gone to. I was able to walk down the isle without boxes and big crates blocking the isles and half of the products on the shelf. They even had a young lady with a dust mop sweeping the floor, now thats a first also. Great job ???? keep it up thank you”
