After checking in at 7:30 AM, I followed the protocol to wait in my truck until an operator asked me to go to the unloading area. Although receiving starts at 8:00 AM, the staff had me unstrap at 7:50 AM, allowing unloading to begin promptly at 8:00 AM and the unloading was done in 30 minutes. I appreciate the efficiency of your team and the clear process.”
