“I recently completed a delivery at this facility and wanted to share my positive experience. After checking in at 7:30 AM, I followed the protocol to wait in my truck until an operator asked me to go to the unloading area. Although receiving starts at 8:00 AM, the staff had me unstrap at 7:50 AM, allowing unloading to begin promptly at 8:00 AM and the unloading was done in 30 minutes. I appreciate the efficiency of your team and the clear process.”
“This place seems to have gone out of business, so sad! They were in Kenner and I heard they were abruptly thrown out of the leased area years ago and had to abandon the leased space in a month with no reasonable warning. They moved to this remote spot and apparently their business suffered. Unless they are somewhere else??”
