“Not sure where the other review showing a photo of "bad welds" came from (guessing the welds shown were originally on his car and not done by supreme, a classic "you touched it" situation) because I've had nothing but excellent work by these guys, I've been here twice to fix the dreaded cracked pipe on a new edge mustang caused by the ac dripping right on the cat, they are always quick, friendly, and prompt always having it back to me within a day at a great price, I trust these guys and when I'm ready to bite the bullet on a true duel system I'm definitely coming here for it (just gotta fix my cars other issues first lmao)”

My husband and the other driver stopped tried to get the couples spare no luck at all, The tow truck driver pulled o er to help within seconds he had their tire changed. The lady says we don’t have any money the tow truck driver wasn’t worried about that. The is what kindness is all about. Thank you to the tow truck driver for your act of kindness. “The dispatcher told me Noah, the tow truck driver, would arrive in 30 minutes and Noah was there in 15 minutes. The mechanic at Firestone commented on fast the tow truck arrived. I telephoned several towing companies and B’s Towing Service had the best price. My vehicle had to be towed 125 miles. Noah was able to load the vehicle onto the tow truck in approximately 5 minutes and he also stopped so I could get something to eat. B’s Towing Service is professional, efficient, reliable, and fast. They were able to process my credit card payment in the tow truck. 100% the best.”

“We drove to New Orleans from South Carolina for a 5-day stay, arriving late Friday afternoon, Nov 24. Upon arrival at our hotel, we unloaded our luggage. We had temporarily parked on the sidewalk because Gravier St. was full of traffic. When we came back to move the car to a parking garage, the car would not start at all. With a car parked on the sidewalk, we knew we had to take some fast action.But without knowledge of the town, we did not know who to call for help. We did not know who we could trust. We found Rudy Smith towing company on the internet; ratings were positive. I called a dispatcher and from that point on, the driver, Timothy, called me to report his progress. At several junctures he wanted to turn around. The traffic was horrendous and he feared that he would not be able to park his truck to set up for the tow. I pleaded with him and encouraged him; he did not give up. He was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He helped me understand what he would do with my car & keys once he got it to Honda. Bottom line is, I trusted a total stranger to tow away my car in an unfamiliar town to a service location I'd never visited. Timothy delivered. Thank you.”
