“JCPenney definitely is my favorite department store in any mall; however I must extend praise of outstanding customer service to Cheleatha. Shopping and coordinating something for a special event, right before I checked out I asked for her personal opinion and expertise. She was willing and welcoming to provide stellar customer service. She knew the store, product.knowledge of departments and had care and service with compassion. In the end it wasnt the savings, that made my trip one where I would now choose this store as my home store; it was Cheleatha. Her going above and beyond with a smile, and making customers feel like the store isn't just a store in the area. But its the store you feel is just for you, with customer service being the greatest quality along with good buys. The Westbank is definitely blessed she is the jewel of JCPenneys woman's department.”

“This food changed my LIFE! It was so packed with flavors. The portions were generous. The only down side is that the space is small so there is always a wait but totally worth it, I promise! You can also have a drink while you wait. I went with the mimosa.”
“Great location in Oakwood Center, with an entrance from the parking lot and one from the mall itself. There is a wide variety of clothes and accessories. Great place to get an inexpensive outfit. There was a wide selection of clothing. These clothes are made for a good time, not a long time, so keep that in mind. I saw no employees working the floor but check out was quick.”

“I love Fleurty Girl and have tried to visit every store they have. Today was my first trip to the Old Gretna location and it was fantastic! I love all the cute and hilarious finds, and the staff are just awesome. Next up, the Baton Rouge location, and then hopefully on to Bay St. Louis!”
