“I went in for a headlight. The gentlemen was on a ladder in the back. When he saw me he immediately climbed down and asked what I was looking for. He looked it up on the computer, then walked me to the item's location, and showed me my options. I asked a few question which he answered. I made my selection. He asked me if there was anything else I needed help with. There was not so I payed for my light. He asked me my phone number so he could log my purchase under my name in the system. He thanked me on my way out. There is absolutely nothing else this gentleman could have done. He did everything you could expect from someone in his position. This is how a retail experience should be. It's good to see that there are helpful people doing a great job. I have always had good experiences at this location which is why I showed up in the first place. I bought a battery here about a year ago. I will keep going to this location.”

“News to me, but they are open on Sundays! This is my preferred place of purchase. A little more expensive than your generic parts place, but you get what you pay for. Buy a part and return it 5 times isn't fun for no one. I believe their parts to be of high quality. First run remanufactured, instead of 4th and 5th remans . And open Sundays is icing on the cake!”

“I went to Daniel's on 4.10.24 searching for a starter for my Kubota diesel zero turn. He dropped everything he was doing, tested mine and quickly determined it was faulty. He had an order coming from out of state. He checked several times and discovered it was stuck somewhere. He quickly made a call to a supplier in New Orleans and found they had one. Terrible weather day, tornadoes, heavy wind and rain. He was persistent and kept me updated on the arrival. Finally arrived and installed. Works perfectly. Super nice and helpful man.”

I stopped by, he gave me an estimate, arranged a date and time to bring and pick up my car and it went off without a hitch. The work was excellent and at a fair price.”

“I came to the shop to get an estimate on my door that had a dent at the bottom resulting in a gap at the top part of my passenger door. Brad tried multiple techniques to help me. He helped push out the bottom dent of the door which allowed my door not having a gap. MY DOOR DOES NOT LEAK ANYMORE. His hospitality helped a lot and gave me a further quote for repair for my paint. Brad helped me save some money another body shop would’ve charged me an arm and leg to simply do. Thank you for what you do and just your assistance to fix a problem without coming out of my pocket. ❤️the photos are what the dent and looked like before.”
“I give this place a 10/10 rating. My VW battery died over the weekend so I first went to AutoZone and they said they would not touch it.. I then headed straight to O'Reilly's and had AMAZING service. My car battery was being a pain, but the employee (I wish I knew his name) was patient and tested it; it came back as dead. The lady at the counter was also so sweet and nice. I don't know anything about cars, but they were so patient with me. Highly recommend :)”

“Customer service was great! I called right before closing because of a tire issue I was having. I can't remember the lady's name, but she told me she was from New York. and told me to come right over, and thank goodness I did. My tire had split inside. The tech said I could have had a major blowout riding in the interstate! Thank God I toke the side and backstreets to get there! She was so helpful and so courteous. Hope Management sees this review and gives her a raise! Also, if you have any service done at Walmart, make sure you keep your receipts. The store had a new upgrade with their system, and everything I had done didn't show up but I had my receipts.”
“Kiki and Anthony have amazing customer service. Definitely fantastic workers Anthony even brought me one of his pepsi’s. Kiki talked with me while I waited while still doing her job. David fixed my car up in two weeks and did a great job with a minor issue that he happily is taking care of. They have a great team!”
