“What an awesome bank! Called them to see how to open new accounts and that we currently in Texas, moving to Louisiana. To my surprise, we were able to verify ourselves, open accounts all before we arrive next week. All the other banks said we’d have to wait, and some had other demands on wire transfer from Texas to Louisiana. Haven’t even been to the branch, and they already deserve 5*. Oh, Robin B. at the branch was GREAT!”
“I have been a member of La Capitol Federal Credit Union since 1992 and I've never had a problem there. The people have always been very friendly and made it extremely pleasant to bank there. They offer amazing programs such as Bazing, low rates for automobiles, they pay you to maintain a certain balance in your checking account and many more incentives. If there was ever anything that might not look right with my account all I had to do was call customer service and they were quick to research it. I've had my credit card compromised a couple of times over the years and all it took was a phone call to get the card and the charges canceled. I love LaCap and wouldn't think of banking anywhere else!”

“I trust very few places that lend to be considerate and to feel human. Republic Finance staff is so personable and nonjudgmental with transactions. They're easy to work with and have been great about working around life circumstances. Their late payment reminders are gentle and staff just makes me feel welcome, which is important when life is hard enough to have to borrow for a crisis. I actually don't mind picking up the phone when they call about payments! How many other creditors can you say that about? Any time I need to borrow, I will always use Republic Finance over other short term or long term lenders.”

They make the process so easy to conduct my business and truly are the most courteous business in Hammond La . I use the one on railroad Ave but i would be shocked if they were not all the same . “We went to a dealership to get an auto loan and it was crazy expensive. We checked with Telco and within a couple of days they approved a loan for us that was $175/month cheaper! Telco is also linked to several dealerships so we were able to complete all of our paperwork there. Harley was great to work with and stayed with us from start to finish. So happy with the whole process.”
