“The young lady who was working in the fish department was very helpful.She explained what fish not to put with other fish . She also talked to me about the temperature of the water .As soon as she saw us , she greeted us and asked if “we need help?”She also explained the return policy just in case something happens to our fish .We had two large dogs with us also . The lady at the register was also very friendly and polite. She was out of treats . So maybe next time .”
“It is most definitely a boutique shop, with the most owsome things for dogs, this is what we were looking for.We purchase some clothes and food treats, and some cool and colorful leash.We gave only 4 stars for the reason that the prices are quite expensive.The service was great, and the shop is designed beautiful.”

“This is a family run plant/ pet store that has a lot of selection and lower prices than the big box home improvement stores. The starter plants are obviously well cared for and thrive in our garden. They offer plants that do well in this climate and are knowledgeable about their planting and care. I don't think anyone in the area has the aquarium tanks and supplies as the Rose Garden.As an older person, it's nice that they will load bags of fertilizer, and other heavy or bulky items.I was into bonsai and was overjoyed to find their bonsai tool, supplies, and pot section.It's always a serene experience.”
“They've taken care of my three pups, plus countless foster pups, over the years. I wouldn't trust my guys to anyone else! If it's a normal visit, your pups will love it. But on the off chance something happens (like they get sick), this crew moves heaven and earth to take care of it. That's the security you want when you're miles away ?”
“Great staff here! The location is very much shoehorned into a small building but it’s packed with great and unique pet supplies. We visited on a Sunday for a vet checkup for two semi-stray rescue cats. They were very matter of fact yet kind, non judgmental curious and attentive to the cats. It gives the impression of a place that really really cares and loves animals”

“Of course it's more expensive than Walmart. However, they have a lot of knowledge and experience. The dropped star is because they sell birds, chickens, and bunnies. Ever heard someone say a couple is doing it like rabbits? That's a real thing... No one needs to breed rabbits or any animals.They were very helpful, honest, and had most of what I went for, Demon bug spray, zymox (spelling?), a sprayer and lye. We forgot the lye, they didn't have the dog eat stuff in, so it was just the demon bug stuff.They have a large selection of bits toys, food for all animals, and much more.”

“The staff at Pet Smart Banfield Pet Hospital Veterinary was very reassuring, gentle & extremely compassionate .on Feb 21, 2025, bought our 14 year old blind, deaf, seizure suffering girl CoCo Chanel to be humanely to sleep. “I have taken my dog Suge to the groomers here for the past 3 1/2 year while I was going to school and he has received nothing but great compliments for his amazing baths and haircuts. Tierra always does such a great job and is so nice and he loves her and very comfortable around her which isn’t easy for him to do with others. I will always bring him back to her.”

Being I wanted to stick to a certain diet. She seemed happy to be there and actually wanted to talk to us as customers. Jefferson feed always has a variety. Love this store! Took a friend to check it out and brag on it. They loved it as well. Reasonable prices ! 10/10”
“Open later than anybody else! Great shop with a wide variety of dog foods. Love the fish! We got 2 fish and 2 snails for around $15. Not bad! They said the used to have a lot more tanks and fish but had to scale back because of covid. Maybe they'll get more fish soon! Owner seems very knowledgeable about them.”

“Ms. Anna did an amazing job with our girl, Roux. She had many knots due to me recently having surgery and not being cared for as i normally would; she is also extremely scared of being groomed. We’d tried in the past but no one was able to. Ms. Anna took her time with her and the result was evident. We had to cut her down very low due to the knots on her body but we are truly happy with the results! Roux is very excited to see you later this month, Ms. Anna!”

“This is a locally owned family business which has served west bankers for years. They have pretty much everything you need in order to grow roses, lots of other flowers, vegetables and herbs. Oh, and don't forget, trees suitable for transplanting into your yard. My favorite item: a fine selection of roses every spring, including many classic and new hybrid teas. They also have bedding plants (vegetables, flowers, herbs), seeds, and all the miscellaneous garden stuff - everything from manure to assorted organic and not so organic fungicides and bug sprays. Plus, the owner and many staff members are knowledgeable about local gardening and can give hints.”
“I like this location. Very clean. Ridiculous to charge for a bag. I started to avoid shopping here unless completely necessary and this just solidified my not returning. It's not the amount, it's really the principle. The prices are higher here for everything already. Everyone sells the refrigerator food CHEAPER. WHAT'S 9.99 HERE IS 7.29 down the street at Walmart and cheaper at Winn Dixie 7.99.”

“My second trip here and I'm so glad I decided to come here because 1. The staff is so wonderful even tho they are currently going thru a renovation.
2. My last location was so far away and nowhere as great as this location for grooming.”
