“Good service, but due to the recent flooding in the area, lines were long. Also, representative tried to give a car with a cracked windshield (and he knew it was damaged). He did change cars upon my request.”
“This is by far your best option for cruise port of New Orleans parking! Significantly reduced rates, very affordable and top notch service! We have used them twice now and never had anything less than the best. The moment we arrived, we were on our way to the port and the moment we docked, they were there to pick us up. Highly recommend to save the hassles and fees of port parking.”
“The counter helpers were very nice. When checking our luggage he explained how it would be handled. The only thing that I saw wrong was the ladies restroom needs some major plumbing. It had a smell, and two of the bathrooms didn't work. I decided not to use it. I felt safe because police were present both inside and out. This was my first time riding the train in about ten years.”
“I honestly prefer Metry Cab over Uber. I rarely have to wait more than 10/15 minutes when I call, and the drivers tend to be pretty friendly. Their drivers are also typically locals, so they're not entirely reliant on GPS to navigate. Fares are comparable to Uber without the surge pricing, etc.
I do wish they'd get an app for booking rides (as many other large cab companies have done), and the fleet could use some upgrades.
Tip: Be sure to ask the dispatcher to send a credit card equipped cab if you're not paying with cash.”

“Very clean bus station with security frequently checking with everyone in there to see your booking ticket as to keep the homeless from hanging out in the bus station. If you are there before light you can't get in the building without showing your ticket for entry.”
“I was docked here facing the train track.Entrance was from the road in front of "Hotel de Monniaie"As soon as you enter you can see the docks in front. Just park off the tracks because they are live, i did see one train pass by in the time that i was docked.Check in is on the right side (it's a trailer just walk inside and to your right is the guy where you give your pick up number)PSThe picture showing the road going up is where you can park first to get a dock and then you can park. They let me park in any open dock so you can expect the same.PS 2IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE FINDING THIS PLACE IN YOUR GARMIN, THEN JUST PUT THE COORDINATES IN YOUR PHONE APP AND SEND IT TO YOUR GPS”

“We have now used this company for four events: a Santa Crawl, a Bachelorette party, an 12 hour all day wedding transport and after party and now a Christmas party!!
