I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Terry at Walgreens for providing truly exceptional customer service during a stressful situation involving my mother’s prescription. There was an issue where the doctor accidentally called in the wrong prescription, and then the pharmacy mistakenly canceled the order, causing a delay in starting the medication.

Instead of simply passing the issue along, Terry took the matter into his own hands with outstanding leadership, professionalism, and genuine care—especially at a time when my mother’s doctor unfortunately dropped the ball. He personally called and spoke with the doctor’s office, worked through the confusion, sorted everything out, and got the prescription ready immediately.

Terry went above and beyond, and his compassion, dedication, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. He is truly an asset to the Walgreens organization, and I am incredibly grateful for all of his efforts.
