“I have been a member at Workout company Houma for 6 years and the staff and members have become like family! It’s a very comfortable place to workout for any age and size person. The smoothies are a great post workout/snack lunch. I love the classes, especially combat ???? keep on rocking WOCO Houma !”
“Very nice staff and everything is easily accessible and clean. my only problem is it’s severely outdated. i see so many other planet fitness online with way more advanced and newer equipment that would better help me and so many other members, yet it’s no where to be found here. that’s my only complaint, otherwise, a great gym.”

The staff here are great—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It makes the whole experience that much better when you walk in and feel taken care of. “As an owner of a gym, I am always hard on what a gym should operate like, treat their members, and guest. Powerhouse treated us with respect, allowed us to get a water on the house and a complimentary workout. If I had lived in Houma, I would have became a member, as they truly take care of their members and guest. The lady at the front desk was polite and friendly, gym was clean, and people were all picking up and reracking. Great place”
