“I will say that Harbor Freight Tools is great for purchasing certain well built tools for a really great price. I’ve purchased many things over the years that are still being used on a daily basis. Like the Pittsburg 3 ton jack I purchased in the first month of that store opening. They do have many well built products at great prices even though there are a few items that aren’t so well built. But then again every store has those cheaply built tools that we learn to stay away from. Overall in my opinion I am thankful we have a store in our area and I will be shopping there for many years to come.”

On this day though I was Blessed to have this young man named Christian help me and he was wonderful!!! He helped me so much and was so pleasant to talk to and even helped me load my car. He deserves to be rewarded for his helpfulness.”

I came in needing a part they didn’t have so one of the employees figured out a way to make another piece work and even made modifications for me. He could have easily just said, “Sorry, we don’t have that part.” but instead he took about 15 minutes to go in the back and fix a piece of hardware up for me.”

“Good place to stop for your fishing and hunting license. While in there, look around. You find something that you need or want. Forgot your orange vest? They have them. Hunting, fishing, boat, electronics,... they have you covered!”
“I just got off the phone with Mr. Tommy. I had called for a work related purchase and called back for something for my sister-in-law, Amy. I shared with Mr. Tommy that Amy has a chronic illness and had not been able to find hand sanitizer. I set it up to purchase some from Mr. Tommy for Amy but he is giving it to me for her for free. So nice. So thoughtful. Thank you, Mr. Tommy!”

“Good initial service. We’ll see
what happens when the repairs done.
Well I picked up my Plate Tamper Yesterday and was very dissapointed, I signed a paper that said max spend would be $100.00, To explain when you drop equempment off for repairs they charge you $60.00 up front, so when I got the call about the repair Vincent (Teck) told me it would cost $122.00 and I said ok come to find out he didn't tell me that was on top of the $60.00 I already paid, Now its $182.00 They charged me $164.00 labor to change a governor spring, When I asked why it was so much the Teck went off on me saying he would just take the part off and give me my tamper back, I doubt I'll trust Northern Tool Again,,,
In all fairness after a bit of a scene they returned the $60.00 deposit,”
