Worst customer service I had ever experienced at this Verizon Store. Thankfully, I called the Verizon 1-800 number and the customer service representatives from Verizon was able to resolve the issue. I will never return to this store again. Management is horrendous.
Promised $200 per line to make the switch. Was given an expired code. I call to get this fixed. The only option is to lose out on $230 in taxes on two phones and bring the phones back to them. Don't let this place scam you into making the switch. Definitely find another Verizon store. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
