One standout employee is a young Black woman working nights, who has been praised for her kindness and exceptional service. She once mistakenly refunded money to a debit card instead of a gift card but went out of her way to offer help, even insisting on paying for a customer’s urgent diapers, showing genuine care and compassion. Her kindness left a lasting positive impression on shoppers, highlighting the importance of good customer service. While the store can be a bit expensive, rewards and sales help make shopping there more affordable. Overall, Walgreens is a good place to shop, with some employees making a significant difference through their helpfulness and kindness.
Don't know why they only have one person handling drive through and register. Maybe yall need to hire someone extra to help cause it's not cool putting all that extra work on one person and making customers wait so long. Not everyone has time to run down and pick it up. I know y'all are busy at times but still...
