Months ago they fixed a demolished hdmi port on my grandson’s Xbox at a ,more than reasonable, price because he knew I couldn’t do more. After a fun afternoon at City Park, we were able to bring the Xbox back to McComb with us. These guys ended days of anxiety for a good price and a short wait. Thanks, again”
“Addy and Miguel were fantastic!! They were closed when I arrived because Apple incorrectly had the wrong hours, which was not their fault. But they stayed almost an hour to help me and gave me a discount on accessories. Very friendly and helpful. Any future electronics needs I'll be coming to them first!! “This store is the most helpful and friendly Cellular store I have ever been to. I needed to change the number on one of my phones, and within a few minutes I had my new number. I was asked if I liked free things, and I said that was one of my favorite words. They gave me an Apple Watch. Who does that. They actually seem to care about helping people solve their problems. More stores should be run like this. AT&T could learn some lessons here. I will buy my families next iPhones from the guys at this New Orleans store.”

“The store was far away from where I am staying, and it was difficult to get to, because the red light where I was to turn left at stayed on for it seemed like 15 minutes, so I had to go elsewhere, out of the way, turn right and find my way legally to get on the right street to find the AT&T store. Once I arrived there, the store was very clean and the representatives were nice. The person who assisted me, Malik was very kind, and knowledgeable about my phone. He was very helpful! There should be more people like him in the service industry. Promote him or give him a sizeable raise PLEASE! He deserves it!”

He got me set up by moving my number from another carrier and then within 30 days, when I misplaced the phone (ikr?????♀️) he got me set up again with a new phone - and he did all the heavy lifting with the carrier to switch service to that one. Wow! So grateful to be able to reach a live person on the phone for these types of things vs. chatbots, automated systems - or dealing with kiosks and giving up your whole day.
