“Brought my S23 Ultra to Smart Mobile for a back glass and front screen repair after some serious damage, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Both repairs came out clean with no gaps, no light leaks, and the touch response feels exactly like factory. The whole thing was done in just a few hours, which was a huge relief since I use this phone daily for photography work. They even had a nice case in stock and sold it to me at a fair price, so I walked out fully protected. Honest, fast, and skilled. I highly recommend Smart Mobile for anyone needing quality phone repairs.”

“This store is the most helpful and friendly Cellular store I have ever been to. I needed to change the number on one of my phones, and within a few minutes I had my new number. I was asked if I liked free things, and I said that was one of my favorite words. They gave me an Apple Watch. Who does that. They actually seem to care about helping people solve their problems. More stores should be run like this. AT&T could learn some lessons here. I will buy my families next iPhones from the guys at this New Orleans store.”

“I am not surprised that these guys have five stars. Why am I posting a dirty business card? I don’t want to forget where they are. Months ago they fixed a demolished hdmi port on my grandson’s Xbox at a ,more than reasonable, price because he knew I couldn’t do more. After a fun afternoon at City Park, we were able to bring the Xbox back to McComb with us. These guys ended days of anxiety for a good price and a short wait. Thanks, again”

4637 Magazine St, New Orleans LA 70115
“After over 25 years with ATT we went to the ATT store on Magazine with the possible intention to switch to TMobile, however Raychelle made us offers that we could not believe and immediately changed our minds. Raychelle explained the offers we were eligible for with the 55 and over plan for our phones. Additionally we had no intent to change our Internet provider but Raychelle literally made us an offer we could not refuse that saved us over $200 for the plans. Raychelle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend that store and Raychelle.”
