“I was docked here facing the train track.Entrance was from the road in front of "Hotel de Monniaie"As soon as you enter you can see the docks in front. Just park off the tracks because they are live, i did see one train pass by in the time that i was docked.Check in is on the right side (it's a trailer just walk inside and to your right is the guy where you give your pick up number)PSThe picture showing the road going up is where you can park first to get a dock and then you can park. “It's not the most modern station but compared to some others stations I wouldn't say it's run down. Overall, what I like most about this station is that they really do make an effort to keep it clean and safe for the passengers. There are a lot of homeless people in the area but there are guards on duty 24 hours to make sure they don't bother the passengers. Other things I like- it's conveniently located in downtown New Orleans, easy to get to, easy to catch a ride, even the busses and street cars run late and the fare is cheap, and their free Wifi is pretty decent. I think customer service could be better, service is so-so depending on which staff member you interact with.”
“I agree with Uber drivers about the long wait and how getting cars could be impossible sometimes. However, The gentleman man that sets on the left side desk is very nice and helpful and would try his best to resolve problems.”

“Guy was great, parking was covered and secure.
Shuttle was prompt to get us back to car. We were on road back to Texas by 8am. Beat most of our friends our of there that parked in terminal.”
