“I've been a customer at this location for a number of years both for storage units and for office space on the business park side, so I've met with and experienced the influence of a few very different property managers over the years. One was nearly invisible and difficult to find. Another was quite the opposite, always making her presence known. Neither was known for following through. BUT I am happy to say that those days are OVER. Because SecurCare scored a WINNER in the property management category when they hired Amy Norris!! She knows the business, and she understands the needs of her tenants. Amy is always responsive and if she isn't immediately available, I'm not concerned. Because I know she will return my call at her first opportunity --even if that happens to be after office hours. She is "dialed-in" and understands the requirements of my own business, almost as much as I do. She is friendly, professional, and courteous. But most of all, she is willing to act immediately to resolve any problems, whether facilities related or simply remaining flexible when leasing additional space. “The process to rent this space went "smoothly" and was entirely online. Using a handheld / phone device would be difficult as the fields did not display correctly so that they could be filled. I had to use my desktop computer.Upon initial entry to the unit there was a small wire lock on the unit door. If you don't have a tool to remove that lock you will have a problem as there are no personnel on site to help remove it.I am pleased with the unit and, for the most part, the process.”
