I have never had a problem with Mrs. Charlotte, she has accommodated me and others on late gown orders for Mardi Gras balls. Everything I have order, has came through. I still deal with Mrs. Charlotte, till this day 8 years later. Mrs. Charlotte, did my wedding and wedding party..
