“I have been with the Credit Union for over 30 years and had nothing but good experiences. I have had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Tina Hicks recently .
She was so Pleasent and Went above and beyond to be of help . Could not have asked for a better person to assist me. She made the process so easy and was the Sweetest person I have dealt with in a very long time just wish more people were as good at their jobs as she is.

“I kno the term, "When you're here, you're family," has been used to the point of disregard, but not in this case! I LOVE Fireman's Credit Union because it IS family! Everyone is greeted upon arrival, and most by name! They are ALWAYS...ALWAYS...ALWAYS kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If ANY teller you get doesnt kno an answer, you better believe they will find out, & usually, right then! They are fair, honest, and LISTEN to what you have to say. I was a member of another Credit Union that had frequent issues. When they were also closed during Covid, and referring to Fireman's, AND Fireman's was FIREMAN's, I decided to switch, and have never looked back! If you're looking for a GREAT place for your financial needs...you've found it! If I had to choose a "con," it would be that they close at 4, even on Friday, are not open on Sat., and have no ATM's or access (that I'm aware of,) for use, with reimbursement of fees. That's it!”
“My credit union deserves an A+++ rating. I ran into a situation with a transaction and the Branch Manager Ms. Norma at the Mid-City location went the EXTRA EXTRA mile to investigate it further. Once she investigated and realized an omission of some information was the problem she immediately contacted me and made sure my transaction was handled properly. She went the extra mile with professionalism, courtesy and respect. So appreciative of how she handled my situation and me as a longtime member of this credit union. She deserves great recognition!!!”
“My experience was great. I contacted the office and spoke to Rajan about wanting to refinance my vehicle. With help from Him I was able to set an appointment and meet with Him and April. They both helped me and were able to lower my interest rate by nearly half of what I was paying. They were very knowledgeable and showed great care with trying to give me the best possible offer.
